To make account, you need to do following procedure.

1. Access 'Create new account'
2. Enter user account name that you want to use.
3. Enter your email address. It should be exist and be possible for you to read it.
4. Select your membership; China, Korea and Japan.
5. Click 'craete account' then server will send email automatically in order to check email address.
6. Open email and click URL which is inside email.

After creating account, coordinators in China, Korea and Japan may confirm and assign you a permission to access content. In harry, please contact one of coordinators in email or telephone.
